InSync Anywhere identifies the items to be counted, provides an item list, and the item count is entered directly into the Infor ERP SyteLine software system in one step. Cycle count labels can be produced using any network printer in order to identify any item which has been counted. In addition, InSync Anywhere allows ad-hoc counts to be added for any item which is not typically cycle counted. Infor ERP SyteLine processes are supported, such as cycle count variance report and audit trail.
- Conducting a Physical Inventory the Insync Anywhere Way
InSync Anywhere's physical inventory process can reduce processing time by 50%, reduce manufacturing downtime, and optimize inventory accuracy. From your handheld device, PDA, or cell phone, InSync Anywhere generates and selects a list of items to be counted, and the values are then entered into the Infor ERP SyteLine system at the time of the count. InSync Anywhere mobile application generates a list of all counted items, allowing a 2nd validation count. This validation is a paperless data-entry step. Once counts are reviewed and approved, uncounted items are zeroed out, the Infor ERP SyteLine variance report is reviewed, counts are posted, and inventory is un-frozen allowing manufacturing and shipping to resume.
